Speculoos Syrup has aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and caramel with a slightly biscuity taste - think biscoff!
It's great in coffees, hot chocolate, frappes, cocktails and mocktails!

Ingredients


Preparation
  1. Pour Le Sirop de MONIN Muscovado Sugar directly into the latte glass
  2. Froth the milk into a jug and pour it in the mug
  3. Make the Dalgona and place it on the foam
  4. To make the Dalgona : Pour 3 tablespoons of water, 3 tablespoons of freeze-dried coffee and 3 tablespoons of Le Sirop de MONIN Speculoos into a glass
  5. Blend everything with a frother until you obtain a compact froth
