Ingredients

20 ml MONIN Muscovado Sugar

150 ml hazelnut milk

3 tsp freeze-dried coffee

3 tsp water
-
3 tsp MONIN Speculoos syrup
Preparation
- Pour Le Sirop de MONIN Muscovado Sugar directly into the latte glass
- Froth the milk into a jug and pour it in the mug
- Make the Dalgona and place it on the foam
- To make the Dalgona : Pour 3 tablespoons of water, 3 tablespoons of freeze-dried coffee and 3 tablespoons of Le Sirop de MONIN Speculoos into a glass
- Blend everything with a frother until you obtain a compact froth
