MONIN Sugar Free Gingerbread syrup is made with sucralose, a non-calorie sweetener derived from natural sugar, which provides a sweet sensation without the bitter metallic aftertaste of other sweeteners. Perfect for that guilt free gingerbread experience. With a perfectly balanced blend of spices, ginger and cinnamon for a true gingerbread taste. MONIN Sugar Free Gingerbread syrup can be enjoyed year-round in milkshakes or iced and frozen coffees.
- Flavour: Complex notes of spices and cinnamon on the nose with ginger, spice and baked biscuit notes on the palate.
- Used in coffee-based drinks, hot chocolates and hot drinks, milkshakes, frappes and dessert drinks
- Use 15-20 ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25 ml for cocktails, 20-30 ml for frappes and milkshakes, depending on recipe
