Monin Acerola Syrup is made from the small red acerola fruit. This fruit is closely related to the cherry but has a more golden, juicy flesh. It is thought to have many health properties and as such has become so popular it has become a flagship ingredient. The fruit originates in Brazil and as such it is great to add a little bit of exoctic flair and excitement to your drinks.

Monin Acerola Syrup has a slightly sour taste but is very versatile.  It smells of apples and grapes. It is great in alcoholic and non alcohol cocktails.
