Le Concentre de MONIN Cold Brew is made by infusing ground coffee in cold water for about 12h.
This natural procedure means all of the coffee's organoleptic and aromatic properties are extracted. An authentic blend of Arabica coffee, very lightly sweetened, MONIN Cold Brew Concentrate is ideal for creating genuine cold brews, iced lattes or pouring over coffee and tonics for refreshing, sparkling coffee beverage.
- Flavour: Balanced acidity, slight cacao with freshly roasted coffee notes
- Used in cocktails, mocktails, sodas, smoothies and teas
- Use 15-20 ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25 ml for cocktails, 20-30 ml for frappes and milkshakes, depending on recipe
