MONIN Muscovado Syrup captures the deep, rich earthy notes of unrefined Muscovado Sugar from Mauritius. Muscovado is made from the juice of sugar cane. MONIN Muscovado Syrup is perfect for adding a sophisticated rich earthy note to coffees, hot chocolates, frappes, cocktails and mocktails.

• Flavour: Notes of liquorice and molasses on the nose. Rich, earthy and full of flavour on the palate
