Here at Love Tiki we’ve come up with a few tasty cocktails to knock back while the greats knock out some eye-opening serves.
STRAWBERRY AND CREAM DREAM
We wouldn’t dream of starting this cocktail list with anything else!
Ingredients
- 60ml Funkin Strawberry Fruit Puree
- 15ml Monin Syrup Vanilla
- 50ml Daffy’s Gin
- 50ml Double Cream
- A couple of strawberries to garnish
- Ice cubes
Method
- Pour the ice, gin, vanilla syrup, fruit puree and cream into a Boston shaker. Shake.
- Strain the liquid into one half of the shaker and set the ice aside in a Tennessee handled jar.
- Shake the mixture for a further 30 seconds to increase the frothiness.
- Pour over the ice. Slice into the strawberry and place on the edge of the glass.
JUICY DEUCE
A refreshingly juicy cocktail for the semi-finals.
Ingredients

15ml Monin Syrup Basil

10 Frozen Raspberries

50ml Apple Juice

50ml Pineapple Juice

Ice
Method
-
Pour the Monin syrup and half the raspberries into a shaker glass and muddle.

Add the remaining ingredients and shake.

Pour into an elegant cocktail glass.
ACE-PRESSO MARTINI
One of our favourite cocktails at Love Tiki, we’ve even dedicated a whole gift set to it.
Ingredients

50ml Vodka

35ml Kahlua Coffee Liqueur

1 Shot of Espresso

Ice
Method
-
Place the ice into your Boston Shaker.

Measure out the ingredients as you pour them over the ice.

Shake vigorously.

Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
