With National Pina Colada Day just yesterday and today marking National Mojito Day, the Love Tiki team feels like all our Christmases have come at once.
We thought we’d celebrate by sharing our favourite twist on the classic Mojito.
LOVE TIKI’S PASSIONFRUIT MOJITO
Ingredients
- 15ml Monin Passionfruit Syrup
- 50ml Dark Matter Spiced Rum
- 10ml Funkin Sugar Cane
- 10 Mint Leaves
- 4 Lime Chunks
- Soda Water
- A cup of crushed ice
Method
- Pour the lime, mint and monin syrup into a glass and muddle.
- Crush the ice and throw in the remaining ingredients, finish with soda water.
- Serve in a classic high ball or a lively Tiki mug.
