A Carribean classic, no tropical cocktail list is complete without a Piña Colada.
Ingredients
60ml /2 oz Dark Matter Spiced Rum
30ml /1 oz Coconut Cream
90ml /3 oz Pineapple Juice
1 Cup Crushed Ice
Cocktail Cherry
Method
Chuck all the ingredients into a blender, jzhuzz it and then pour into a Hurricane Cocktail Glass for a classic look.

Ingredients
60ml / 2 oz Tequila – Check out our friends Lupe Pintos in Edinburgh for some authentic Mexican Tequila.
15ml /1/2 oz Monin Grenadine Syrup
Orange Juice to top up
Ice Cubes
To garnish:
Cocktail Cherry
Fresh Orange Slice
Method
Pour the orange juice and tequila over the ice cubes in a high ball glass and stir.
Slowly pour the grenadine around the inside edge of the glass and wait for it to rise and mix with the other ingredients.
Garnish with a cherry and a slice of orange.

STORM IN A COCONUT
Try this twist on the classic Hurricane and serve it up in our Coconut Tiki Mug.
Ingredients
Ice
60 ml / 2 oz Dark Matter Spiced Rum
60ml / 2oz Orange Juice
30ml / 1 oz Lime Juice
30ml / 1 oz Monin Passion Fruit Syrup
2 Dashes Monin Grenadine Syrup
Method
Half fill a Cocktail Shaker with ice. Pour over the rum, orange juice, lime juice, passion fruit syrup and grenadine.
Shake for 30 seconds and then strain into your Coconut Tiki Mug.
Accessorize with a cocktail umbrella and a flamingo straw for an authentic Tiki cocktail.
