MONIN Cinnamon Syrup evokes rich, warm and sweet aromas of Cinnamon. Cinnamon is one of the widest known spices in the world. Native to Sri Lanka, it is derived from the bark of an evergreen tree. It is used as an ingredient in many different varieties of cuisines from all over the world. MONIN Cinnamon Syrup works fantastically well in hot and cold beverages from coffees to cocktails.
- Flavour: Aromatic cinnamon followed by the warmth of cinnamon powder with peppery notes on the palate.
