MONIN White Chocolate syrup showcases the buttery, creamy and indulgent tones we have all come to know and love from white chocolate. White chocolate does not contain any cocoa solids as it is made from cocoa butter. MONIN President Olivier Monin requested a syrup flavour which reminded him of Nestles famous white chocolate brand Galak. MONIN White chocolate syrup mixes perfectly in coffees, hot chocolates, frappes, cocktails and mocktails.
- Flavour: Light cacao, butter and vanilla on the nose. Creamy, buttery, indulgent taste.
- Used in coffees, hot chocolate, frappes, cocktails and mocktails
- Use 15-20ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25ml for cocktails, 20-30ml for frappes and milkshakes, depending on recipe
