Monin Gum Syrup 1L
Monin Gum (Gomme) syrup combines Arabic gum and orange blossom and is often used as an alternative to pure cane sugar in cocktails because it enhances and preserves delicate flavors. Arabic gum, also known as Acacia gum, is an edible gum which comes from the sap of the Acacia trees. MONIN Gum syrup is great in coffees, sodas, cocktails and mocktails.
- Flavour: Neutral nose with some light notes of orange blossom and round taste.
- Perfect addition to cocktails, coffees, soft drinks and other beverages.
- Use 15-20ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25ml for cocktails, 20-30ml for frappes and milkshakes, depending on recipe
