MONIN Morello Cherry syrup has a more sour and complex flavour than our regular cherry syrup. Morello Cherry which takes its name from Italian meaning ˜sour' have a distinctly orange flesh and are softer than the classic cherries. Morello cherries are widely consumed in syrups, preserves and pie fillings. MONIN Morello Cherry syrup is perfect in hot chocolates, lemonades, iced teas, frappes, cocktails and mocktails.

• Flavour: Sweet and sour cherry aromas on the nose. With a rich, ripe and juicy taste on the palate.
• Used in coffees, chocolates, teas, fruit punches, smoothies, sodas, lemonades
• Use 15-20ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25ml for cocktails, 20-30ml for frappes and milkshakes, depending on recipe
