Monin Blackcurrant Syrup brings the classically strong, tart flavour to any drink its added to, famously blackcurrant is combined with champagne in the Kir Royale cocktail which remains a firm favourite today. MONIN Blackcurrant syrup is perfect for lemonades, iced teas, frappes, cocktails and mocktails.
- Flavour: Floral, tart blackcurrant notes on the nose. Full and fruity blackcurrant taste on the palate
- Used in hot drinks, dessert drinks, milkshakes, mocktails, cocktails
- Use 15-30ml per serve for cocktails, 30ml for frappes and milkshakes, or 15ml for iced teas and lemonades, depending on recipe.
