MONIN Macaroon syrup has a biscuit, buttery, almondy aroma and taste. Macaroons are one of the most popular French delicacies but they originated in the 8th century in Italy. Macaroons have many regional variations including flavours and ingredients. MONIN Macaroon syrup is the perfect addition for adding an indulgent flavour in coffees, hot chocolates, frappes, cocktails and mocktails.
- Flavour: A light almond note on the nose followed by a creamy, biscuity, sweet and slightly salty taste on the palate.
- Used in coffee-based drinks, hot chocolates and hot drinks, milkshakes, frappes and dessert drinks
- Use 15-20ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25ml for cocktails, 20-30ml for frappes and milkshakes, depending on recipe
